1.基礎處理：清掃設備基礎表面，確保無碎石、灰塵、浮漿、油污、脫模劑等雜物，灌漿設備基礎表面充分潤濕，但不能有明水。
2.確定灌漿方式：本產品具有較高的自流性能，一般情況下，用“自重法灌漿”即可，完全依靠漿料白重白流平即可完全填充灌注空間；如果灌漿面積較大、結構特別復雜或空間很小而灌漿距離很遠時，可采用“高位漏斗法灌漿”或“壓力法灌漿”，以確保漿料能夠充分填充各個角落。
3.支模：根據確定的灌漿方式和灌漿施工圖支設模板，模板定位標高應高出設備底座上表面至少50mm，模板必須支設嚴密、穩固，以防松動漏漿。
4.灌漿料的攪拌：本產品水料比為0.12~0.15:1，可根據施工現場要求進行試配選擇；采用機械攪拌時，攪拌時間一般為1~2min，采用人工攪拌時，宜先加入2/3的水流拌2min，其后在加入剩余的水攪拌至均勻。
5.灌漿:
(1)設備基座灌漿定，不得從四面灌漿，漿料應從一側灌入，直至另一側溢出為止，以利于排出設備基座與混凝土之間的空氣，使灌漿料充實。
(2)灌漿開始后必須連續進行，不得間斷，應在最短的時間內完成灌漿。
(3)灌漿過程中不宜振搗，可用竹條等進行拉動導流。
(4) 每次灌漿厚度不宜超過100mm 。
(5)較長設備或者軌道基礎的灌漿，應采用分段施工，每段長度以5m為宜。
(6)灌漿過程中如出現泌水現象，可布撒少量干料，吸干水分。
( 7) 在灌漿施工過程中直至脫模前, 應避免漿料受到震動或者碰撞, 以免損壞未結硬的灌漿結構。
(8) 灌漿過程中如出現跑漿現象應及時處理。
6.養護：灌漿完畢后30min內應立即噴灑養護劑或者覆蓋塑料薄膜并加蓋巖棉被加以養護，或在灌漿層終凝后立即灑水進行保濕養護；冬季施工時還應符合現行?鋼筋混凝土工程施工驗收規范? (GB50204)的有關規定；

2. Determine grouting method:This product has high self performance,under normal circumstances,“self gravitation method grouting”can be completely rely on slurry weight self leveling can completely fill the space perfusion;if grouting area structure is relatively large,complex or special space is very small and grouting distance far away can be used“high funnel grouting method”or“pressure grouting method”,to ensure that the slurry can be fully filled in every corner.
3. Model:according to the determination of grouting method and grouting construction plans to support the template,template positioning elevation should be higher than the equipment base on the surface of at least 50mm,the template must be supported by tight,solid,to prevent the leakage of pulp.
4. The grouting material mixing:This product material and water ratio of 0.12 ~ 0.15:1,test selection according to the requirements of the construction site;by mechanical stirring, stirring time is generally 1 ~ 2 min,using artificial mixing should be to join the 2/3 of the water mixing for 2 min and subsequently in the add the remaining water mixing to uniform.
5.Grouting
(1).Equipment foundation grouting,grouting slurry should not from all sides,poured into the side,until the other side of the overflow,facilitate discharge between the base and the concrete equipment of air,make full grouting material.
(2).After the start of the grouting must be carried out continuously,not interrupted,should be completed in shortest time.
(3).In the process of grain filling is not easy to vibration,can be used to pull the bamboo strip.
(4).The grouting thickness is less than 100mm.
(5).Longer equipment or track foundation grouting should be used in subsection construction,each length of 5m is appropriate.
(6).Bleeding phenomenon such as grouting process can use dry water dispenser.
(7).In the process of grouting construction until the release of the slurry,the slurry should be avoided to receive vibration or impact,so as not to damage the what the structure of grouting is not hard.
(8).The grouting off should betreated in tlme.
6.Maintenance:after grouting 30min should immediately sprayed curing agent or covering plastic film in order to maintain,or in the grouting layer after the end of the final set of water for moisture conservation;Curing time at different temperatures and the dismantling template time
