產品是以羧酸基物質接枝高分子聚合物為主體的水溶性復合減水劑。具備超塑化、高保坍、高增強、低收縮的特點，可配制不同強度等級的砼。特別適合于配制高強、高流態、自密實、高耐久性、高性能砼。產品性能達到GB8076-2008、JG/T233、TB/T3275等標準要求。

The product is a water-soluble composite water-reducing agent with carboxylic acid-based material grafted polymer as the main body. With the characteristics of superplasticization, high slump protection, high strength and low shrinkage, concrete of different strength grades can be prepared. Especially suitable for the preparation of high-strength, high-flow, self-compacting, high durability, high performance concrete. The product performance can meet the requirements of GB8076-2008, JG/T233, TB/T3275 and other standards.

主要技術性能

1.高減水，減水率可達25～45%。

2.高流態、高保坍、砼坍落度經時損失小。

3.對硬化砼有明顯的增強效果，3d強度可提高50～100%，7d、28d強

度可提高30～50%，后期強度仍穩定增長。

4.新拌砼和易性好，不離析，不泌水，可泵性好，硬化后砼外光內實。

5.無氯、低堿，對鋼筋無銹蝕。

6.含氣量可根據工程需要進行調整。

7.顯著提高砼的抗凍、抗滲、抗碳化能力，以及抗收縮等指標，可大

幅度延長砼的使用壽命。

8.產品具有良好的適應性，適應多品種的水泥，特別適用于摻加粉煤

灰，磨細礦粉等活性摻和料配制的高強、高流態、高性能砼。

9.產品無毒、無害，對健康和環境均安全。

5. No chlorine, low Alkali, no corrosion to rebar.

6. The air content can be adjusted according to the need of the project. Kill.

7.The anti-freezing, anti-permeability, anti-carbonization and indexes of concrete can be significantly improved to prolong the service life of concrete.

8. The product has good adaptability to various kinds of cement, especially suitable for high-strength, high-flow and high-performance concrete mixed with fly ash, ground mineral powder and other active admixtures.

注意事項

Notes

1.本品為無色或淺黃色液體，常用摻量為0.6～1.2%（以膠材總重量

計）；配制高強砼時摻量可提高至1.0～2.0%。

2.使用前應根據工程施工要求、材料特點、經試配確定最佳摻量。

3.使用中應準確計量，避免較大的用量誤差，杜絕重摻、漏摻。

4.不能與萘系減水劑復合使用，與其它品種的外加劑復配使用時，應

經試驗確認。

5.砼澆注后應按施工規程的規定對砼進行養護，冬季施工可遵照《冬

季施工規程》。

6.砂、石含泥量以及摻合料品質的變化對產品減水效果影響較大，用

戶應選擇符合標準的骨料及摻和材料。

1. This product is colorless or light yellow liquid, the dosage is usually 0.6 ~ 1.2% (in terms of the total weight of rubber material) , and the dosage can be increased to 1.0 ~ 2.0% in the preparation of high strength concrete.

2.Before use, the optimum dosage should be determined according to the construction requirements, material characteristics and trial-fit.

3.Accurate measurement should be used to avoid large dosage error, avoid heavy adulteration, leakage adulteration.

4.It can not be used in combination with Naphthalene superplasticizer, but should be confirmed by test when used in combination with other kinds of admixtures.

5.The concrete should be maintained according to the construction regulations after pouring. The construction in winter can follow the "construction regulations in winter" .

6.The content of sand and stone mud and the quality of admixtures have a great influence on the water reducing effect of products.

包裝、儲存和運輸

Packing deliver

1.本品為液體，塑料桶裝，1噸/桶或200㎏/桶，也可采用罐車裝運。

2.儲存過程防滲漏、防暴曬、防高溫。有效期12個月，到期后應經試驗來確定使用。

3.本品非易燃、易爆品，妥善保管。

1. This product is liquid, plastic barrel, 1 ton/barrel or 200 kg/barrel, can also be transported by tanker.

2.Storage process anti-leakage, anti-exposure, anti-high temperature. The validity period is 12 months, after the expiration, it should be tested to determine the use.

3.This product is non-flammable, explosive, safe keeping.
